Airline Buffs
This was a must for us since we both work for an airline, love anything to do with airlines. Great collections and pretty cool to see examples of planes suspended in air.
Most Visited Smithsonian Museum
This is the most visited of all of the various Smithsonian museums. There are a thousands of air and space artifacts on display including the Wright Brothers Spirit of St. Louis, the Apollo 11 command module, and a sample of moon rock. The Air and Space Museum is located right on The Mall, and admission is free.
