Over a year ago This is one of my regular hang-outs! The owner, Jerry, is a fantastic personality that really does care about his staff and guests. The bartenders are fantastic! Dean, who has been there a very long time, is one of the most friendly, warm, accommodating, and fun bartenders you will ever meet! This is always a safe and enjoyable place! Jerry also does cookouts for holidays all the time. They also hold fundraisers for The Pet Project. I love it! - fun crowd

Great Local Bar With No Attitude

I enjoy going to Mona's for a consistently enjoyable time. There are several regulars and folks that drop in from out of town while exploring. The drink prices are great, especially the $2 pints ($1 on Sundays.) It's like a little tropical neighborhood bar you'd expect to find in Key West. Pets are welcome and the local dogs and cats mix right in with the crowd. The owner is very charity and community oriented and the bar has lots of benefits for various worthy causes.

Fun Bar with no gimmicks

I go on Monday nights cause it's happy hour all night. Never really packed, but the customers and staff are nice. Very interesting decor. PS: You can bring your dog if you like.
