Over a year ago Cash only which I didn't know before arriving. They have an ATM right by the door and it was just a $3 fee. Interesting place. There's a dance floor on the second floor balcony. Lots of booths and tables for people to sit and socialize. Definitely more of a bear crowd. People weren't as friendly here as they were at Club Cafe and Trophy Room. It was UnderBear night which was fun. Staff at the clothes were nice and efficient. - cash only - rowdy - strong drinks

Is Boston Trying to destroy gay bars?

The bar is located in an alley that is in a section of town that makes it almost impossible to park. Anytime I've used a rental car to go, I've had to Park over by the theater district then walk many blocks over to get to the bar. It has an okay crowd but I've not seen it packed. The bad thing about Boston is the bars close later than the subway does. So you'll have to take an expensive carbide to get home if you miss it. Boston once had like a half dozen fun bars that were often packed with people. Now they only have a few left. The ones that have survived were and still are the most lame bars. The bars always seem empty or have only a couple of people including the bar tender. How they survive is beyond me? Why is Boston killing it's gay bars? There is no sense of community anymore in a city that once was exciting and fun to be gay in.

Fun and friendly

A nice little hide away in freezing Boston. The atmosphere and the bears are warm and friendly. Came on Sunday karaoke night and later in the week for an evening drink. Lively crowd and strong drinks. * * *
