Great bar. This is a great local bar. Very chill great hangout

Gay bar in a place you wouldn't expect

I visited this bar last night. It's in the heart of downtown Monroe, which more resembles a nice small town removed from the city than it does a suburb. The area around the bar is decent. The guys there were pretty nice.

Tons of fun

Great smaller bar with all of the fun of the big spots. They have Karaoke on Thursdays and drag shows or other events on the weekends. No attitude like you find at other clubs. Drinks are abundant and some of the cheapest prices around.

Friendly guys

I stopped by on a Thursday night at about 9:00 (they are only open from Thurs-Sun nights)after dinner just to have a beer and hang for a few minutes. The bartender was very friendly and asked my name, and introduced me to the 8 or so people that were in the bar. It was low-key and I had fun, friendly conversations with the local guys. They were having a drag show charity event the next day, to which all of them asked me if I was coming back for the event. This is a nice, comfortable friendly place to have a drink. Not sure how it is on the weekend, probably much more lively, but if you are visiting from out of town and near this place, stop by. Everyone was very welcoming.
