CLOSED, reopened as EPIC IN SAME LOCATION. STILL LGBT.
Lips is now closed; however, in same exact location \[next to Briar Patch @ Hyde\] is EPIC. Rocking placewith awesome, dance type music, drag shows and male/female dancers on specific nights. Go to Facebook and look for EPIC El Paso.
