Dr. Michael Cromer M.D. is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Cromer has been practicing since 1989. He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK. He completed his Family Practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He started Northwest Family Medical Center in Tampa, FL as a solo practice in 1989. Dr. Cromer is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and American Society of Addiction Medicine. He recently served as the president of the Hillsborough County Medical Association in 2020 and in 2021 he was delegated to the board of Florida Academy of Family Physicians. He is married to Carol and has two grown sons and one daughter
