Looking for a total life change? Sonic's Teacher Training Program is a great way to quit the day job and make you feel like a whole person again. Lauren Hanna, Jeffrey Duval, Johanna Aldrich, & Keith Wittenstein have the best classes. The 5:45 Center class is a perfect option if you want to take it down a notch and regroup.

I love Sonic, it's one of my favorite things about Hells Kitchen. Their instructors are some of the best in the city, and you feel calm the minute you enter the studio.
