The secret is Lagree Fitness - a brand new form of fitness that is sweeping the country from LA to NYC - and it is now in PDX ... only at Firebrand Sports in the Pearl. Thank GOD! It creates long, lean, ripped physiques in 50 minute classes 3 times per week! And it is very LGBT friendly. They also have indoor cycling and word has it they are having a Pride Ride! LOVE IT!
