Established in 1992, we are located in the scenic Ocean View section of Norfolk just steps from the Chesapeake Bay. Our mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals, and everything you need to accomplish this can be found at Muscle Beach. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can give you the motivation and guidance necessary to be your best. We also offer fitness classes, personal training, a full range of nutritional supplements and flexible membership plans to meet your needs.
