West Hollywood is one of the pioneers in the rainbow crosswalk trend across the country. The gay center of greater Los Angeles painted the streets rainbow in 2012. The crosswalks can be found at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and San Vicente Boulevard and emphasize the already existing feelings around the city of tolerance and acceptance.
