The Hacienda At Warm Sands

Over a year ago I have been coming to the Hacienda for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Spectacular service, great rooms and a beautiful venue. A more mature crowd that respects other guests. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing resort. Well worth the price. - clean rooms - comfy beds - easy layout - nice amenities - romantic - upscale/trendy

Attention to Detail

11/10/2017. What a beautiful place! The rooms are very clean, high end product and attention to little details to blow you away. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. What’s really nice is that in addition to an expansive breakfast, your room rate also comes with a lunch selection, served poolside or to your room. The grounds are beautiful with well designed Landscaping, surrounded by the beautiful mountains. Given the amenities and the meals that are provided I thought the room rate was very reasonable. Definitely will come again.

The Hacienda was my first choice for my first visit to Palm Springs and it was a wise decision. Every staff member was genuinely interested in my well-being and comfort…nothing was too much of an effort. I was fortunate to have an extended stay at The Hacienda and when it was time to leave I honestly felt as though I was leaving dear friends behind. Even the owners stopped by my room a time or two to see if everything was ok and if there was anything more I needed. I've stayed at many gay resorts around the country and The Hacienda, by far, stands out as my all time favorite. I eagerly look forward to my next stay.
