Descanso Resort - A Gay Men's Resort Formerly: East Canyon Hotel + Spa

Wonderful!

This place is so nice! The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The poolside breakfast and lunch are a major bonus. The team all work very hard and do a fantastic job of making everything just right! They are a friendly, helpful team of professionals and handsome to boot. We highly recommend the Descanso Resort for anyone who wants to visit Palm Springs. We look forward to our next trip.

Over a year ago Easy check-in, check-out. Friendly staff. Well maintained. Very clean. Large rooms. Bathrooms are large too. Good water pressure and temp. Comfortable bed and couches. Beautiful views of mountains. Big pool. Decent amount of lounge chairs. Never got up early for the breakfast. Accessible parking. Great central location. You need a car in Palm Springs to get a round though and truly enjoy the area.

What a nice surprise!

First, this is one of very few if not the only NON-clothing optional gay hotel in PS which why we chose East Canyon. The property is lovely, the pool/jacuzzi was immaculately clean, the staff couldn't have been nicer and the owner Richard is so gracious. By the end of our stay it felt like we were staying with friends. If you want a nice relaxing place to stay, do yourself a favor and stay at East Canyon.

One of the BEST Gay Resorts in Palm Springs

The only gay resort in Palm Springs with a full service spa on site - and the only gay property that's "NOT" clothing optional. Not that it can't still be a tempting titillating scene around the breakfast buffet or poolside --it's just that it's a bit less "in your face" there. A very nice place! Located in Uptown Palm Springs.
