BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
BEWARE!! We had reservations well in advance(4 weeks) . Carl (owner)cashed my deposit check but when we arrived for Carnival week Carl told us he didn't have the room available. He said he would find us a room, but there were no rooms available and Provincetown Chamber of Commerce confirmed that to me personally. We travelled 6 hours from New York and he had time to call or email us prior to our arrival. After all, check out is at 11am so if he had an emergency he had time to contact us before we arrived at 4pm. I dont want anyone else to be disappointed like we were.....
Cute-Clean-Quaint
My partner and I stayed for a second year in a row at Carls Guest House in Province Town. It's in the middle of everything.Shops,clubs, dining,and a 20 minute walk to the beach/dunes.Carl and his partner are the kindest hosts. highly recomended.
