11 months ago One of the most eclectic places I've stayed at! You know when you pull in and you see the teetering luggage statue by the main entrance, you're in for a special time. You get to the lobby by entering thru an art gallery-like corridor and then take the elevator to the 12th floor. The lobby is filled with art. Lobby hours are funky so make sure you read all the paperwork when you reserve. You have the option of 4 different color schemes: blue, red, green, yellow. While the rooms are besically the same, each has some differences to make them unique. Here's the only bad thing: there's not a lot around there: Powell Symphony Hall, The Fox which are across the street and the bathhouse that's a half mile away, there's not a lot that's close, so a car or uber will be your best friend. I stay here everytime I come to STL because the rooms are so fun. If you have a short 1 or 2 night trip - this is the place to stay - I love it. - comfy beds - cool lobby - easy layout
