Over a year ago We checked in early on August3. The desk clerk and housekeeping man were searching for a cleaned King room, he looked out at our car were my husband was sitting. He came back to the desk and called me a Spanish word for fa\*\*\*t. When I confronted the two women at desk said they didn't hear it. BS. He did not realize I speak Spanish and I know that word very well. We checked out, never to return.
Great value
Had a great time. Nice place to stay. It is close enough to the Plaza to walk, but there is a shuttle when you get tired (Ask for Ducky, she's awesome). Only problems they quit at 9 pm. Only negative is their wifi is lacking. We had to walk to the office to get a decent signal. We took advantage of a special that included a dinner gift card; all in all a great value. We'll definitely be back.
