MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

Over a year ago terrrrrible service and homophobic staff. Literally feels like every employee is TRYING to piss you off if you dare expect customer service

Terrible service

Stayed in Hollywood suite. Crap view. People are rude. Room is very dated. Terrible slots. The main floor is nice and it's centrally located. VERY Str8 crowd. Did not run into any other gays at hotel- and I tried! Food is crap at buffet and Rainforest. Italian restaurant (Tiamma?) was excellent and server Adam was the only server/hospitality person who would make eye contact and not be a dick.

Very Large Very Ordinary Hotel

This is a huge hotel (even by Las Vegas standards). The rooms are large and the furnishings are pretty ordinary. The location is not the best, at the south end of The Strip. This is a nice enough hotel, but it just doesn't have any pzazz. MGM Grand would be an acceptable hotel choice if you find a really low room rate.
