Super Customer Service
Was here for my birthday with my boyfriend, long line at check in so they offered free champagne. Was ushered to VIP check in because of the back log and had a small bottle of champagne and note from manager waiting in our upgraded room. Had a great time, but the customer service at the check in really set the tone for a good time.
The BEST of the Casinos on the Strip
The Silver Legacy is the only one of the Reno Casinos to embrace real Las Vegas style showmanship. Its got a really awesome Silver Mining theme that ties to the local landscape, and has a vast expansive Casino. I really enjoyed my brunch buffet there, which I am somewhat surprised to say!
