Sylvia and Gary Muller are passionate about providing the very best for their guests. Gary, who has been a chef and restauranteur for over 35 years, earned a 28 for the inn's breakfast in Zagat's Survey of US Hotels. Sylvia, a photographer, is in charge of marketing. Together they are responsible for the design of the inn and the website.

The Mill House Inn, located in the heart of the historic oceanside village of East Hampton, has been named in the Zagat US Hotel Guide's "Top 50 Small Hotels," New York Magazine's "Top 10 Inns in the Hamptons" and Travel & Leisure's "Inn of the Month."
