Clay is a has received training at The French Culinary Institute, as well as in New York and Paris. Baking is his specialty, with French pastries his biggest focus. Clay also does a bit of acting in his down time and has worked on The Following, The Good Wife, and in films, including The Dark Knight Rises. Clay worked in management at Verizon in NYC at the WTC and got the the idea of a better life after the bombing in 1993. "Life is too short, so you better enjoy it" is his motto. Clay takes care of the details of your trip so you won't have to. He knows a lot of business owners on the North Fork, and has his finger on the pulse, knowing where to suggest guests depending on what they are looking for. He is there when you need him and invisible.
