Over a year ago Food was Great and Very Large portions of it. Chicken fried Steak was Awesome.

Typical Diner..

..but that's OK if your watching the pocket-book..the foods not that great but hey, what do you expect this a diner hello!!...like to go there for breakfast only...

Simple Diner-Style Food

John's is not a gay restaurant, but they are very gay friendly. If you're looking for an inexpensive breakfast, lunch or dinner, this place is great. You walk up to the counter, place your order, pay, and they deliver to food to your booth. Omelets and sandwiches are very good. Salads are OK, but a little too heavy on the lettuce for me. The location on Palm Canyon Drive is convenient if you happen to be staying at Camp Palm Springs.
