Just as the name implies, this laid back pizza joint is as rockin as is it... mellow. An enormous beer selection, munchies of all sorts to grease your fingers with and a list of pizza types yay long makes Mellow Mushroom a true testament to kicking back.

Noisy but tasty food
Lots of din at this sprawling college hangout but service is quick and friendly and the Philly cheesesteak I had was fine. For a more tranquil experience, get your food to go and relax at a nearby square.
Good food
This place has some good food, lot of the SCAD folks drop by to eat here as well as the locals. The prices can be a little more than other places and the tables not always the cleanest, why I gave it three stars. Some times they greet you a little cold but again the food is good so it's OK.
