Fantastic cheap eats

Lupie has a very novel establishment on her hands; she's very supportive of the LGBT community; the "cheap-eats" food is perhaps the best you'll ever find; she is renowned for her iced tea, meatloaf Mondays, burgers, three types of chili, and colossal nachos \[try the two-layer throw-down with half Cincinnati chili and half Texas chili...WOW!\]. Been eating here for about 15 years, and recommend it to everyone.
