Healthy and vgetarian choices
Hangover hash browns and veggie burger are the best.
Get there early or be patient
On the weekends, if you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. I have learned a great deal about the neighborhood up and down historic state street while waiting to have breakfast at the Café and have not regretted the wait even once.(Well there was that Sunday morning it was pouring down rain, but I digress.) The food is great the staff is wonderful and the placed is filled with an eclectic group of people that make me thankful to live in Columbia. If you have the time, it is worth a visit, I would highly recommend it to a visitor here, no matter what style of breakfast you like.
