Chic & Modern: Perfect for a Trendy Cocktail

I'm a fan of all of Chef Dady's restaurants (The Lodge, Bin 555, Tre Trattoria, Two Bros BBQ) so I was super excited when he opened Restaurant Insignia last October. I wasn't surprised with the amazing dishes on the modern American menu - Chef Dady has proven many times how talented he is. But I was blown away by the innovative cocktails menu! Some of the most interesting drinks included the Healer: Tommy Bahama white rum with green tea, basil, muddled honeydew and agave nectar; the "La Poire": Grey Goose La Poire with rosemary, pink peppercorn, vanilla and a pear garnish; and (my favorite) the "Far East" - bombay saphire with muddled cucumber, mint, allspice and saffron syrup. It blew me away. If you're looking for a chic place to have a cocktail or enjoy a fun date, definitely recommend Restaurant Insignia.
