Though located in northern Richmond above Scott's Addition, Stir Crazy is an outstandingly welcoming place with a featured artist every month. Specialty coffee beverages of all kinds, full breakfast and lunch menus, and a handsome selection of beer and wine because it's always 5:00 somewhere.
