In the spirit of being a fast bar, food and wine at Veloce are delivered with precision and finesse. The wines are more unique, and more sought after than at your average bar, and represent the diverse spectrum of Italy's terroir. The food, though not hyper-gourmet, is made from the finest Italian products and maintains authenticity in order to bring forth the freshest flavors.

Has worked in the restaurant NYC scene since 1990. Opened first Bar Veloce in the the East Village of Manhattan. Currently, there are two other locations in Manhattan: Greenwich Village and Chelsea.
