Keste is the official location in the USA for APN (Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani) whose mission is to protect and preserve the Neapolitan pizza tradition and promote the art of pizza making.

Kesté, meaning “this is it” in the Neapolitan dialect, is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria in New York City's Financial District, just steps from Wall Street. Founded in March 2009 by owner Roberto Caporuscio, Kesté is where pizza lovers can enjoy an extensive selection of around 40 traditional and creative Neapolitan-style pizzas, crafted with the finest ingredients, including homemade mozzarella. In addition to its variety of red, white, and specialty pizzas, the menu also features gluten-free options, as well as several vegetarian and vegan choices.

Best pizza this side of Vesuvius!
Authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in the West Village. They don't take reservations, but go at around 2:45 and there shouldn't be a problem. They close at 3:30 and reopen for dinner at 5pm. Ask for the Burrata pizza special--it really will change your life!
