They are always out of them! The pizza is decent but not amazing. I think Domino's is a better choice.

“Late Night and Priced Right!”
We showed up at 11:30 PM on a Friday—early by city standards, but late for the borough. After arriving at a friend's nearby apartment and being hungry from a delayed plane trip, we headed to Lenny's Pizza. Locals call it the go-to pizza spot, and it's part of a larger local chain. The street felt safe for us as two guys who aren't intimidating, and we walked hand in hand to order from the staff, who mainly spoke Spanish. They had several pizza varieties available by the slice, each costing two dollars, and could also make a whole pie if we were willing to wait. Delivery stops at 11 PM. According to Google, they close at 11 PM, but that's only for delivery; they stay open later for walk-in customers as long as people are there. We picked from six or seven different flavors, and they were reheated quickly—our steaming pizza box was ready in under five minutes. Eight slices plus two 16-ounce diet sodas cost less than twenty dollars at midnight in the borough. Hard to complain about that! The taste was genuinely good. A sign says they make their own sauce and prepare fresh dough daily. Who would have guessed? I'd suggest giving it a try.
