Pastai means "the pasta makers." We specialize in hand-made fresh pasta, prepared from scratch in an open kitchen and made from an array of local whole grains. Our menu is comprised of seasonal and organic ingredients, which we source from local farmers and purveyors. Fine wines and curated spirits are paired with our warm Southern Italian dishes. We also offer our signature fresh gluten-free pasta, which is prepared and cooked away from any wheat. Pastai is committed to accessibility. Due to landmark building restrictions, our entrance includes a step. A wheelchair-accessible ramp is available at all times, and our team is happy to provide immediate assistance.
