Paul's "Da Burger Joint" was established in 1989 by its namesake Paul, an operation run by Paul and his immediate family. To this day, it is run by the same people in the same manner. Travel back in time to a 50's eatery with counter service, checkered tablecloths, and vintage decorations.
From the Owner
Matt's the proud owner of Paul's. Matt started working at Paul's since he was young, doing all sorts of jobs before he took over from his cousin Paul in 2007.
Paul's "Da Burger Joint" serves delicious burgers, sandwiches, omelettes and more! We can be described as a 50's eatery with counter service, checkered table cloths and vintage decorations. Many people have described us as "their home away from home" because of the friendly cozy environment created by our hospitality and style. Regulars enjoy sitting at the counter and talking with the cooks that they know by name while eating a big juicy burger and sipping on cold beer. The Eastsider Burger, our specialty, is a bacon cheeseburger with ham, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Also popular is the Saint marks Burger, which is a cheeseburger topped with mushrooms and fried onions. We offer a wide variety of toppings available on any burger including mushrooms, jalapenos, chilly, bacon, just to name a few. We provide a big portion of high quality food at a reasonable price and do our best to satisfy all customers. We look forward to dining with you over and over again!
