Fat Witch brownies are a chocolate obsession, not just for the locals from New York City, but also for the many tourists who visit Chelsea Market. Patricia Helding and staff bake tender, moist, classic, and decadent morsels that people are willing to wait in line to buy.
We bake in small batches and do what is known in the trade as scratch baking. And we use natural ingredients. We create products where quality trumps quantity. We're not trying to bake everything for everybody. We're baking for people with good taste and that includes their taste buds. We don't add emulsifiers, gas flushes or other things you wouldn't add. We like to add a touch of whimsy and we hope you like our sense of humor, because life is too serious to be taken seriously! When you order online, each brownie is individually wrapped with the charming Witch logo. Every brownie arrives ready to eat or you can refrigerate, put in the freezer or the microwave. Choose smaller Witch Babies for 3 bites of decadence. No icing, no preservatives, no nonsense. Only the best, most natural ingredients. Treat yourself... you deserve it!

Okay, i'm a nerd. go at the end of the day and you can stock up on fat witches at 50% off. yum. Their cherry brownie is to die for.
